We are pleased to announce, that Bethany Pinney has been awarded the prestigious Green Machine Employee of the Year Award for 2022.
What are the Employee of the Year Awards for?
The Employee of the Year Award recognises and rewards exemplary performance by Green Machine employees based both on performance of their responsibilities as outlined in their position description and on their specific contributions to the mission, goals, values, and strategic plan of the business.
The aim is to recognise those employees who have made significant contributions in areas related to the improvement of operation and customer satisfaction. Recognition is aimed to acknowledge those contributions that are beyond the normal job expectations and are consistent with the established core criteria.
Employee achievements
Bethany carries a lot of the behind the scenes work within Green Machine and consistently supports our staff, both out in the field and in the office. Bethany is not only our HR Director, but also works tirelessly with customer relations, mobile support, holidays and drives our payroll. There isn’t a lot she can’t do and we are would like to thank Bethany for the continued hard work and dedication to Green Machine.
